“A very nice hotel with pleasing interior, professional receptionists takint care of you (especially Mushegh, Tamara, Merujan and manager Arpine). The staff was helpful, caring and supportive. The hotel was very clean which was much appreciated. Narine was doing an amazing job with spotless cleaning. I warmly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing for a pleasant stay in Yerevan. “Soggiorno orribile, Appena arrivara mi hanno assegnato una stanza in un altra struttura fatiscente , con porta che non si chiudeva e appartamento osceno vecchio , in rovina. Ho chiesto spiegazioni del perche' la stanza non corrispondeca alle foto , e si sono giustificati dicendo che era la stanza economy. Mi hanno proposto di cambiare stanza al prezzo di 8000 dh, quando ho saldato gli extra 8000 dh , quasi 20 euro in piu' , mi hanno poi assegnato una stanza al terzo piano con puzza di fumo...
