Case galleggianti a Kandy

“Hotel is in a amazing position in the Kandy hills. The hotel is very beautiful, mostly for couples. My expectation were hire than what i found. The furniture of the room was very beautiful and based on the island style, the bathroom was very little, and not maintain properly, the bath was not good ( i prefer shower). But in the complex the hotel and room were good. only thing I have to signal is that the room was not very clean, but acceptable. During the night there was a buzzer noise. I expect...

“Ho aspettato 10 minuti per sedermi a colazione al buffet. Il personale non era pronto per accogliere me e mia moglie. Tavoli non sparecchiati, molte persone e disorganizzazione. Sono stato mandato via dal manager del ristorante perché quel tavolo era riservato per un gruppo, ma dopo di me si è seduta solamente una persona. Per quello che ho pagato questo hotel, il servizio della colazione non è all’altezza di gestire il ristorante. Sopratutto la qualità del cibo è scarsa, il pollo era...

“Very lovely couple and the room was delightful. The big windows meant it was moonlight all night with a full moon and you could see Adam’s Peak from their garden.”

“L'hotel e' accettabile, le camere grandi, la vista e la posizione ok ma il cibo scadente. La piscina e' meravigliosa. Questo hotel e' invaso da arabi con mogli con il burka nero, quindi se vi disturba come lo ha fatto a me non ci andate.”

“We had a standard room. They were small...dirty...no windows. The photo on expedia or in their site are false. You have a window on an aisle nothing more. The manager did not help us. He only said:" you had a standard room" . So when it is standard can be dirty; with bad smell. Never again”
