We stayed in the grounds of the apartment the whole time as there was no need to leave. We sat and had breakfast taking in the views and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Very comfortable. Downsides were the noise from the highway and the railway that had traffic and trains going all night. We had hoped for a quiet location. ”

“Glen Isla was the perfect spot for our family Christmas celebrations!! We were surprised by how well-equipped it was with heaps of plates, serving utensils and the hardest working (and highly effective!) dishwasher. The beds were super comfy and everyone had their own space while still spending quality time together playing boardgames around the dining table and watching the cricket. The kids thought the garden was full of fairies and we were delighted by visiting black cocktaoos, kookaburras...

“We had an amazing stay at Pauline's place, a great little property, excellent walking distance from Katoomba Centre, spacious, well equipped and laid out. Our host gave us very clear and seamless instructions to check in and out with a separate info book for Katoomba and Leura.We will definitely be back, thanks Guys!”

“The property was not clean - needs a good deep clean as it was not good enough for a holiday rental. The basin in the bathroom was not draining - my husband pulled this apart and it was clogged with hair (yuck)! The double bed mattress was rock hard and had a sleepless night and sore hips. We went and bought a mattress topper the next day so we could sleep. There is not enough comfortable seating for 4 people (1 x 2seater lounge only). The TV is impossible to use. There was an awful smell on...
