The staff were great and courteous. The property was really nice, I especially loved the robes in the room and the gym was amazing. I wish I had more time to enjoy the different areas. Sonesta Select Kansas City South Overland Park
The hotel is not well kept in terms of cleaning. The room had a strong mold smell. Cleaning left much to be desired with hair on the bed and the bathroom was not really clean. Overall I was not satisfied with my stay.
