“The hosts were great. We arrived in the city early and they allowed us to keep our luggage there during the day until check-in. The host had brought our bags up to the room. “We went to Kansas City for WC game. When we arrived at the hotel, around 11:00am, it was very kind of them to let us check in right away, instead of waiting at 4pm. The staff is very nice and helpful, like a local tour guide, gave us ideas how to get to stadium by bus. The hotel is very clean. Its location is right at the downtown, walking distance to street car, bus and tourist places. The breakfast is good and have all you need for the a typical American breakfast. “We stayed here for the World Cup and had a great experience. Clean, spacious property very conveniently located for activities in downtown Cleveland, and along the streetcar line. It’s connected to a shopping mall and food court with a nice pool and plenty of onsite dining. Very helpful staff, especially Abby at the front desk who helped us deal with a minor issue with our room quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.”
