  • Built in 1916, my Over/Under duplex in the heart of the city is also on the National Historic Register. You'll enjoy the convenient location between Downtown, Plaza and Westport. You'll enjoy the soft beds, quality linens, ironed pillow cases and tons of natural light. There's plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the treetop views from your sun room or the large, private deck. There's always fresh ground coffee, tea and 1/2&1/2 as well as a fully equipped kitchen. You’ll feel rested and relaxed in this light filled, airy space but still be close enough to enjoy all the attractions of the City.

We loved our stay in KC! This property is so cozy, comfortable, and convenient. We were never more than 10-15 minutes from anywhere we were trying to go but felt far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The host made sure we had everything we needed and the check in/check out process was simple and straight forward. We are looking forward to visiting again!

Everything about this property was perfect for my trip. The unit was much larger than it appears from the outside. The location and neighborhood were ideal and Courtney was awesome. I had an issue with the TV and he went far above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I will look to book here on future KC visits.

We loved our stay! Super clean, Courtney is a friendly and helpful host, deliciously comfortable linens and beds- we slept like babies. Quiet neighborhood and great location to Plaza, Mid-town and the sports stadiums. We would definitely stay here again and recommend!

The location is great as it only took 15-20 minutes at most to get anywhere. The 2nd floor apartment is spacious and has everything you need. The house is old and floors are very squeaky, so heads up there. The kitchen has everything and host has coffee and creamer there for you.

Great stay and a great owner

This property was perfectly located for all of our trip. We were 10 minutes from everything. It was decorated very nicely and the beds were comfortable. The owner was great with communication and he was even nice enough to drop us off at the Chiefs game. We highly recommend this place.

Courtney is VRBO’s most gracious host. His place is clean, comfortable and decorated nicely. Our family of 4 had a great weekend in KC and enjoyed getting to some great restaurants easily from this location!

It was an excellent place to stay. The door code was changed to our phone #s which was super convenient. First time that had happened. Communication was great. Parking at GEHA Stadium was abysmal and honestly shocked a pro stadium was that unorganized and unprofessional
