Dimora storica nel quartiere rinascimentale di Scarritt

Questa storica dimora in pietra fu costruita nel 1897 dalla famiglia Rieger.
Cinque camere da letto: due re e tre regine. tre bagni e mezzo, sette caminetti.
Soggiorno, sala da pranzo formale, un salotto, una tana, una cucina di livello commerciale, un green interno e sala TV.
Ci sono tre letti pieghevoli: un divano letto matrimoniale nella sala TV al piano di sotto. Un divano pieghevole a due letti nella tana adiacente al bagno al piano inferiore e un futon matrimoniale nel verde al piano superiore. Un totale di 8 posti letto.

La casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata aggiungendo tutti i comfort moderni: riscaldamento centralizzato, aria centrale, WiFi, lavastoviglie, lavatrice / asciugatrice e una stufa commerciale, frigorifero e congelatore (per feste o eventi che richiedono la preparazione di una grande quantità di cibo).

La casa è ideale per famiglie numerose, riunioni di famiglia e ritiri.

Our amazing castle!

It was an easy to access place with great amenities. The well stocked kitchen allowed us to host many activities for our daughter’s wedding. We loved our castle and the beautiful decor. I highly recommend this property.

Our overall experience was outstanding. The home is huge and gave plenty of room for people to spread out. The house is really cool. The beds were comfortable. Angela was great. There were no negatives from anyone in our group.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the mansion! It was like a castle to my granddaughters! It was nicely decorated and had beautiful antique furniture and items throughout the house. It was all updated with air conditioning, washer and dryer, full kitchen equipment, pots and pans, dishes, glassware beautiful serving dishes! I even saw a crockpot and roaster in the cabinets. There was both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. The owner and caretaker were both very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place for any family gathering!!

Our group stayed at the mansion for a week and it was amazing. The house is huge enough to be a lovely place to relax and for kids and adults to have space to be in the same place. Full kitchen, well-equipped, and clean, well-kept rooms. Ross and Angela were terrific hosts. We had a large group- 14 at max- and it was 100x better than any hotel. Thank you!

This was an amazing place for my family to stay for our vacation to Kansas City! The mansion is beautiful! The kitchen with its huge stove made it easy for us to make delicious big meals for our family of 13. The beds were so comfortable, and all of the places we visited were less than a 15 minute drive. We definitely want to stay here again!

Family Weekkend

This house was absolutely beautiful! Such history! We were pleased with the size of the house. We had a four-year-old and two under two years old. We took our own pack 'n' plays and used the tall chairs for the kids. We highly recommend this home for others to stay. Enjoy the history, beauty, and large spaces.

Family gathering for a wedding weekend.

We just spent a wonderful long weekend at this big home. We all grew up in a big house. This felt so at home and fit our needs perfectly. There was plenty of room to gather, or go be quiet in smaller rooms. We hosted a dinner for friends in the KC area and the kitchen with all its utensils had all we needed.

Ladies Weekend

We did not realize the Property Manager lived on the 3rd floor of the home, and parked in the driveway. It wasn’t too much of an issue, was just a shock when we arrived and saw the side door was open and there were people working on her private stairwell. Location is a short drive to downtown - do not recommend walking in the neighborhood, although we felt safe enough outside on the property. Beautiful home, very large rooms.

Our daughter’s wedding

Amazing time.

We had an amazing time. Only thing I wished I knew before hand, was the property manager lives on the 3rd floor. It did not bother us. Just scared the crap out of us when we first got there and heard someone walking around.

10 of us were in town for a convention and the location worked perfectly. Rooms were large and plenty of space to put our things. Kitchen was well stocked for our needs. Had some difficulty with the television but that could have been the result of a storm with strong winds that rolled through. Location was an easy trip to the convention center.

Family vacation

The pictures of the property don’t prepare you for the size. This place is huge absolutely a mansion. We found we were very close to most everything we wanted to visit. Our visits included the zoo, science center, Hallmark, and The rabbit hole to name a few. Wonderful BBQ at Q39. Great fun in KC.
