Located in a peaceful Platte City neighborhood, this home gives your group a welcoming place to gather, celebrate, and unwind.

Whether you are visiting for a wedding weekend, anniversary, graduation, military ceremony, family celebration, Weston getaway, or work trip, you will have space to enjoy time together and relax on your own schedule.

ROOM FOR EVERYONE TO SETTLE IN

All three private bedrooms are upstairs.

The primary suite features a king-size bed, Smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The second bedroom offers another king-size bed and Smart TV, while the third bedroom includes a queen-size bed and dedicated workspace.

A second full bathroom upstairs features a walk-in shower.

Need flexible sleeping arrangements? The main-level living room includes two queen-size futons, providing additional sleeping options without requiring stairs.

A third full bathroom on the main level features a steam shower with body jets, included with your stay. It is a wonderful way to unwind after traveling, exploring, working, or celebrating.

COOK, GATHER & STAY AWHILE

The open main level keeps everyone connected. Prepare dinner while others relax in the living room, gather around the dining table, or settle in for a movie on the Smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and everyday essentials for preparing meals.

An additional table provides workspace or flexible dining arrangements, making it easier for your group to enjoy meals together.

THE BACKYARD MAY BECOME YOUR FAVORITE ROOM

Step outside to your private fenced Backyard Retreat, a welcoming space designed for relaxing mornings and memorable evenings.

Settle into the rocking egg chairs with your morning coffee. Fire up the gas grill for dinner. Gather around the gas fire table as the evening slows down.

The covered outdoor dining gazebo seats up to 10, offering a comfortable setting for meals, conversation, and spending time together.

Sometimes the best part of a group trip is not on the itinerary. It is everyone lingering around the table because nobody is quite ready for the evening to end.

A LITTLE EXTRA RELAXATION

For an added retreat experience, the private backyard sauna is available for an additional $250 per stay.

The sauna is optional, is not included in the standard reservation rate, and must be arranged separately.

The indoor steam shower is included with every stay at no additional charge.

Throughout the home, you will find conveniences designed to make group travel easier, including comfortable linens, bedside USB charging options, free Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, dedicated workspaces, and an upstairs washer and dryer.

Traveling with little ones? A high chair and Graco Travel Dome XL with crib/play-yard functionality are available.

EASY ARRIVAL. EASY STAY.

Contactless self check-in with keypad access makes arrival convenient, especially when members of your group arrive at different times.

Complimentary parking is available in the private two-car garage and driveway, with a maximum of 4 guest vehicles total, including vehicles parked inside the garage.

Street parking and parking on neighboring properties are not permitted. Please keep sidewalks, driveways, and access areas clear.

All three private bedrooms are upstairs and require stairs. However, the two queen-size futons and a full bathroom with steam shower are located on the main level, providing sleeping and bathroom options without going upstairs.

Exterior security cameras are located at the front door and garage. These cameras monitor exterior areas only and may record during your stay. There are no interior cameras.

No pets are permitted. Smoking is prohibited inside the home, in the backyard, and within 25 feet of the property.

Guests appreciate the home`s cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, quiet neighborhood, welcoming backyard, and convenient location near KCI and Weston.

Spend the day exploring historic Weston, visiting local shops, wineries, breweries, and nearby attractions. Then return to your private backyard retreat to enjoy time together.

NEED MORE ROOM FOR YOUR GROUP?

A second fully equipped townhouse is located directly next door at 134 Roller Court and may be reserved separately when available.

Both neighboring homes can also be booked together for larger groups, offering six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, two kitchens, and two private fenced backyards.

The homes are separate residences without an interior connecting door, giving families and friends the convenience of staying close while enjoying their own private spaces.
