Bella 1400 MQ FT. Loft situato nel cuore del centro di Kansas City, MO. A pochi passi da Convention Center, Power & Light District, Biblioteca, Sprint Center e tutto il resto del centro ha da offrire. A pochi passi dal tram gratuito che porta anche a Union Station, Crown Center e River Market.

L'edificio è registrato presso il National Historic Registry ed è stato revisionato e ricostruito con dettagli storici lasciati intatti. Nuova cucina con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, nuova aria condizionata, lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità. Accesso alla palestra completa e alla terrazza panoramica con vista mozzafiato sul centro!

Camera da letto principale ha 1 letto matrimoniale king size, la seconda camera ha la regina e c'è un divano letto. Loft è fornito con biancheria da letto, asciugamani, shampoo, sapone ecc. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con piatti, pentole, padelle, utensili, tostapane, caffettiera e frullatore! Forniamo caffè tostato Kansas City!
C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità.

Didn't use parking. We came by train and used free streetcar. FYI: Loft is 4 blocks up hill. We wished we hadn"t packed so heavy, LOL.Kitchen was great! Could have used a pitcher for Tea and a dish cloth. Sponges hold germs.Remote in small bed room needs batteries.Very roomy and comfortable with easy walk to what we needed.

Hosts were extremely helpful and accessible to help with a few questions we had - immediate responce and very accommodating. Great beds, bedding, and place has nice attention to detail. Awesome specialty grocery a few blocks away. Was in town for trade show at convention ctr and a fast, easy walk to the center. Have stayed before and will definately stay again.

This is a great location! We will come back here. Walking to district was few blocks. Very clean & secure building. Loved the outdoor roof area for a nightcap & snacks. Kitchen had everything you could need. Even coffee was supplied. Host was helpful with questions I had. Parking was right next to the building also. Great place

This was a perfect experience! Great location, safe & secure, easy parkimg instructions, spacious/comfortable loft, and extra appreciation for the two bathrooms since I was traveling with 2 teenage girls! Olivia was very accomodating. No issues at all. We would certainly visit again.

Our stay here was great! We were in town for an event and the location of this place is awesome. It's a very clean and comfortable space and even bigger than it looks in the pictures. Posts are very proactive and responsive to messages. We would definitely stay here again!

Downtown KC condo

Great stay in downtown KC. Excellent location within short walking distance to Power and Light, T-Mobile Center, Farmers Market and restaurants. Also close to the streetcar line if you don’t want to walk. Parking was easy with the lot close by with all day 10 parking. Easy directions for building and condo access, clean, and well stocked for our stay. We didn’t cook while there but there are plenty of dishes and utensils if needed. Would recommend this property and would stay again if in the area.

Very Clean, Easy but loud

Building was clean and easy to access. No issues. Loft had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Came and went as we pleased. The only cons we had is the front bedroom had a horrible, loud noise all night that made sleeping difficult. It sounded like an ever running AC unit. Did not shut off once and was awful. If you sleep light, 100% do not recommend the "blue door" loft. The other con is parking. We used a parking garage a block away, uphill. It was 15/day. No street parking available. So that was a bummer.
