** Smoking Policy: Smoking is welcome outside only. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, cigars, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other substances inside the home, garage, or near open doors or windows. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Evidence of indoor smoking or lingering smoke odor will result in an additional cleaning fee.
