Perfect location for family gathering

The location was excellent for a family gathering. The home is comfortable and easy to share for the 14 of us visiting. We were able to host a small gathering as well. The host was very accommodating.

Excellent Family Experience

We found the facilities clean and comfortable. A great time for playing whiffle ball, kayaked in pond, visited many sights in the area. We had planned for this for over a year, it didn’t disappoint. Owners were so helpful during our planning! We are so grateful for this property and the opportunity to enjoy it!

Beautiful Property and Excellent Host

Couldn't have asked for more! The house and property were beautiful. The location was secluded and gave a nice amount of privacy. And the host was super responsive and very attentive and welcoming. Highly recommend!

City Escape Review

The location was perfect distance from the city, on beautiful land with gorgeous views. Quiet and secluded with everything you need to escape the city and reset but close enough to run into town to grab what you need. Me and my family were well supported in this space.

Family vacation

We loved staying at this property! Bruce was amazing and super responsive with any questions we had. If we ever take a trip back to the Kansas City area we would love to stay here again.

Perfect house for our large group

This house fit our group of 21 perfectly. Lots of great patio space to enjoy time outside and close enough to downtown to enjoy all the bars and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great family vacation

Everyone had a great time! Kids enjoyed swimming in the pond and using the kayaks and paddle boat. Very nice deck with plenty of sitting room. Close to many Kansas City attractions.

Family Gathering

We enjoyed the property & house very much. There was plenty of room for our family of 11 adults and 3 children. Bruce even set up a Christmas tree and decorations before we got there for our family festivities.

Welcoming

The pond was enjoyed by the fisherman in the family. The house was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. We most enjoyed long visits on the outside deck and taking walks around the property. Looking forward to returning.

Perfect Family Gathering Place

We used this property for a small family reunion over spring break. We had the best aunt/uncle/sibling/cousin time in this large house with an extensive property. Spent our days in the city at the zoo, union station, restaurants, and temple, and came home in the evenings to the rolling green hills of this country property - just perfect!
