The third floor is occupied by a long term tenant with a completely separate exterior entrance. There are no shared spaces and no interaction is required between the guest and the tenant.

Please note: A long-term tenant lives on the third floor with a private, exterior entrance. The guest space is fully private, and there are no shared areas.

*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $125 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) There is not a fenced yard at this property but the area is great for walking.
