Unfortunately, guests from online travel sites have gotten a bad rep. They are now widely considered to be problematic or disruptive due to their behavior, leading to a negative perception of future guests coming to the location.

HOUSE RULES, TERMS, CONDITIONS
☞ READ Rental Agreement for additional house rules. It is a PDF document attached to this listing.
☞ Bookings require a government ID with an address and photo prior to check-in
☞ No outside guests. Only registered guests.
☞ The exterior of the property and front door is video monitored 24/7 for security. During check-in, cameras are monitored to count guests entering or security guard might be on-site at times.
☞ We use noise monitors to ensure we stay within city regulations.
☞ Visitor Policy: With prior Host approval, guest who paid for the booking is allowed one visitor daily. Driver license/government ID due from visitor.
☞ FREE Parking: 2 Cars Max; Got more cars? Fee applies - get approval now to avoid tow.
☞ No parties or events. An event is defined as more than the number of guests declared on the reservation at the same time. Extra visitors must be approved in advance.
☞ No tampering with smoke, noise, CO detectors. $1,000 fine.
☞ Lost keys have a $500 replacement fee.
☞ Violation of any house rule is subject to $1,000+
Cleaning and Damages:
☞Guests are responsible for damages.
☞ The Damage Waiver is highly recommended.
☞ Excessive cleaning after check-out will result in extra cleaning fee.
☞ Recommended for all guests: travelers insurance for the flight(s) and the duration of the reservation.
☞ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
☞ Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
