“The mediocre rating is not because of the property, which was all 5 stars. The problem was with the Expedia app description of the room, which posted two queen beds and a roll away upon request. I called in advance to request the roll away be ready for our arrival and was told that the Expedia room description was incorrect and that “fire code” prohibited adding the roll away. Anna (answered the phone) and told me we would need to upgrade the room but that she would waive the extra charge. That...

“The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We used the breakfast room for a family gathering in the afternoon and evening while there and had the restaurant next door cater. The hotel was very helpful and accommodating in making sure we had what we needed. Will stay here again.”
