“We needed a basic hotel room to stay for R&R 12 hours on a long cross country treck, and this was perfect. It was not on the freeway, so very quiet,downtown Colby, a small rural town. We backed the car to within 10 feet of the door to the one story U-shaped complex, so we could easily get our overnight stuff into the room in minutes. “Very overpriced for what it is. Extremely basic room, rock hard bed, old dollar store flat pillows, heat absolutely blasts & overheats the room. Ac will only run for 5 seconds every 30 min or so to cool it down if its chilly outside. The door was left open for 30 min with ac on in 40 degree weather & the room was still over 70 degrees. I was forced to sleep without sheets or blankets because it was so warm. Next time i will sleep in my car or drive the 25miles to the next hotel.. not worth it at...

“The staff was very nice and the room was super clean. The staff came by every day to see if we needed any towels or toilet paper. They also came to take out the trash. ”

“Horrible experience, room was "clean" for most part. Checked in at noon but couldnt get in room till 1. Tried to turn ac down as was over 90 outside. Had like a light switch/toggle for ac/heat? And 2 tstats (both different) on each side of toggle, neither worked. Went to desk was told it will cool down,just put between 65-70. Did that left to go do things came back and spent several hrs never cooled down and actually got warmer. When talking to manager, he never came to look at it. Pretty rinky...
