Beautiful appartment with a big balcony

The appartment is really big and well equipped. It includes a completely functional kitchen, a very spacious bedroom with two queen size beds, a living room and a bath room with shower. It is light-flooded and cosy. It is embedded in a condo and therefore also comes with a fresh water pool that you can use. As all the condos they are also very strict on their house rules, not making any noise or leaving anything visible on the balcony. The positioning is not ideal, as right next to the condos there is an area where they dumped a lot of trash and where homeless are living - however the view goes out to the other side and we were never bothered by anyone. There is a small shopping area close by that also includes bars and restaurants - however we never frequented these locations as we always cooked ourselves. The location can absolutely be recommended and we would book it again!

We loved the clean, well equipped space and ease of contacless check-in and check-out. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Parking was ample and well illuminated. Plentiful shopping and restaurant choices within walking distance. The pool area isn't always ready by opening time and the key code to get in is ridiculously long. But that didn't keep us from enjoying a quiet, relaxing hot tub to start end our days. The short walk to the beach is perfect for viewing the sunrise.

The AC for the bedroom had mold so we notified the host and they had someone come to clean it the next day. The rice cooker, slow cooker and iron skillets in the kitchen were so scratched and burned we couldn’t use them, cups were dirty, chopsticks were broken, kitchen gloves were by the roach killer and had melted, kitchen sponge was next to roach killer and had looked used, bathroom sink was cracked and water was leaking, carpet on the balcony floor that looked molded in spots due to the water residue from the AC… we would not stay again because of the condition of the condo.

Perfect centrally located condo. Easy to get to either North Shore or the South Shore. Right next to the Coconut Market place, Lava Lava Beach Club and walking distance to many of the shops in Kapa'a. While a bit close to the main road, so you get some traffic noise, it was close to the beach, just a short walk across the way and you were there. The Polynesian style architecture was fun, Host was very nice and sent some info before we arrived.

Great location. So nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella, coolers too. Also my granddaughter loved the use of the boogie boards. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen had all the conveniences we needed for our stay . Communication was great. The Coconut Marketplace was in walking distance and so convenient. Beaches are close by too. Thanks again.

Great condo, beautiful view, nice pool. The location is perfect to explore the north and south of the island. I will return! The condo is on a corner so loved the side windows. Enjoyed the kitchen island. Big living room area. Living room sofa bed comfortable. Ice packs in the freezer, very convenient.

Great location!!

We recently stayed here during our trip to Kauai and overall had a lovely experience. The location was perfect—centrally located, making it easy to explore all sides of the island. The property was clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. While the beach gear (umbrella and chairs) was a bit rusty and worn, it still worked well enough for our beach days. The beds were Tempur-Pedic, which some might love, but we found them a bit uncomfortable. We let our kids take the bedroom while we slept on the pullout couch ourselves. Despite these small things, the place suited our needs and made a great home base for our trip.

Nice place good location

Place was nice and centrally located; not very long to get anywhere. A couple minor issues nut not a big deal. Host was great and very communicative. Combos for door and pool are a bit too long, but no big deal. Super close to coconut market place and a few dining options. Sleeping giant had tasty food and lava lava for their view and mai tais. Only downside is there are no sunsets here, wrong side of the island. Not the resorts fault obviously.

Better than description

This was one of the rare stays where the description does not do justice and and the review rating is totally justified.They have everything you need and the location is perfect to explore the island. I would stay here again without hesitation!

5 nights - 2 adults and one teenager

The condo was very nice and very clean. The central location in Kapaa was good to visit all the island. The two separate AC units were great to keep us cool during the night. Loved the very close proximity to the beach and Coconut Market. We rented bikes at the Market and enjoyed the nice bike path along the coast. We loved Kauai and would return! Thank you Jennie
