Welcome to "Aloha Niulani"! Our 4-bedroom 2 bath Oceanfront Beach home comfortably sleeps up to 8. Conveniently located in the Old Kauai town of Kapa'a. Tucked away in a secluded neighborhood with your own beach right outside the door, but also within 5-8 mins walking distance to shopping and dining.

Complete home Central Air system added recently! A huge bonus here in Kauai, where the majority of homes do not have these systems in place.

We are also right on the Kapaa bike/jogging/walk path (6 miles long).

Great spot for winter Whale Watching! You can also snorkel on the beach right outside the house.

2 blocks from Baby (fuji) Beach.

We had a great stay. The hosts were very welcoming, everything was in perfect order. Very clean beautiful house, large dining table, great kitchen. Wonderful view, right on the ocean. Within walking distance of anything you might need and many restaurants. Very convenient location. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Kauai. Mahalo

Rob was a great host! We had some issues with the battery on the door lock, and he had someone come out to change the batteries right away. The house was very comfortable with lots of amenities and the location could not have been better! It’s right on the beach in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was amazing to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean! Mahalo, Rob! We’ll be back!!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this beautiful oceanfront home in Kapaa over Christmas. Our group included my husband and me, our three teenage kids, and both of our moms, and the house was the perfect fit for all of us. With four bedrooms and plenty of space, everyone was comfortable and able to truly relax.The location is unbeatable—literally steps from the ocean, with a quiet beach right outside the back doors. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the ocean throughout the day was unforgettable. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed for the week, making it feel like a true home away from home.The host’s communication was excellent from start to finish—clear, timely, and very helpful—which made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. We especially appreciated the central A/C (a huge bonus in Kauai), the privacy of the secluded neighborhood, and how close we were to town. Being within walking distance to shops, dining, and the Kapaa bike/walking path was so convenient. The location was also ideal for exploring the island—perfectly situated between the north and south shores, making day trips easy in every direction.This home truly exceeded our expectations, and it was the perfect setting for making lasting family memories. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stunning, well-located oceanfront property in Kauai.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home in Kauai. The location was perfect—close to everything while still feeling relaxing and comfortable. The beach house was just as advertised in the listing. It was perfect size for the eight of us to be quite comfortable for our entire stay. I loved the house as a central location for all our excursions. Everything was close by. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Kauai for a fun vacation.

Home was beautifully located right on the beach where we sat each morning and night in the comfy chairs. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed for breakfast and lunch prep. The house was perfect for our group and I wouldn't change a thing. 7 days was not long enough.

Perfection

We absolutely loved staying in this house! It is exactly how it is pictured in the listing. Lots of hot water, comfortable beds, boogie boards, and snorkeling equipment. The location is great. It in the between the north and south. The little beach is so fun to explore. Lots of little crabs. We walked to eat many evenings. I was so sad to leave. We can't wait to come back.

50 Year Anniversary Gathering

Such a beautiful vibe at this well planned and well kept home! Our two daughters, their spouses, and two grandsons age 9 & 12 enjoyed a great stay with us. Careful thought was evident in every area of family life, from dining to sleeping to beach gear. Walked everywhere on the beautiful path, enjoyed the comfy beach views, moments away from groceries and shops. Comfortable for us in our seventies, gangs of fun for the preteens. Took snorkel classes the first day and swam with big turtles and beautiful fish. Went to the Smith Family Luau and feasted on their delicious fare plus special plates they made for our food allergy and vegans. Enjoyed the incredibly delicious gluten free treats at Haole Girl. I do not enjoy hotels and this was the perfect alternative.

Exactly what I needed

The spot under the tree in the backyard was the best reading spot in the house. Waking up in the morning to the sunrise from bed was exquisite.I haven’t slept so well in a long time. Stores are within walking distance which made eating in super convenient.

Beachfront!!!!!!!

This house had everything we needed, including a cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels. It was amazing to walk out onto the beach in the mornings while the others still slept. And the bike path runs right in front of the property, so I took in the sunrise views while getting my steps in. AMAZING property!!!!!!!

Oceanfront Bliss

Great stay in Kapa'a in Kauai! Plenty of room for all 7 of us enjoying a family vacation. We could step out the back door to the beach and hear the waves all night. Lots of masks, snorkels, fins, and other water toys to borrow. The beach is rocky but we enjoyed the water and walking to nearby beaches. Location was close to the airport and easy drive to north and south island destinations. Shopping for anything we needed was close enough to walk to from our quiet street. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking for our crew; coffee pots, slow cooker, microwave, gas oven and stove, we used them all! The owner was quick to respond with any requests and made sure we were taken care of. Thanks for a great vacation!
