Resort e hotel con spa a Kapaa

“We were there for our 40 th anniversary Hotel was under construction during our stay. Elevators worked 1/2 the time. Had to go up to 3rd floor building 1 cross to building 3. Down to 1st floor to get to the room. Ice and water machines were on different floors in other buildings. House keeping did well. After construction i believe it will be nice. I should have researched more before booking.”

“The overall stay would rate a D- The beginning was the worst part. They seemed to not have us registered?? Not sure but they had us take a seat and then took over 20 minutes to check in and we got there at 5:30pm. Check in is at 4pm. Once we got our keys and went up and tv was blasting a kids show and doors were open. Brought up the concerns to the folks at the front and didn’t seem to care nor offered anything besides we “checked it out and everything is fine”. We asked for a different room...

“Siamo stati in questo hotel per 6 notti. L'accoglienza è stata ottima. Tutti sono stati molto gentili e sempre pronti per aiutare e consigliare. La qualità prezzo non è ottimale; con quello che si spende ci aspettavamo una struttura in perfetto stato, invece ci sono per esempio mobili e ringhiere usurate che sarebbero da sistemare. Ristorante/bar a bordo piscina buono (buon rapporto qualità prezzo); ristorante per la cena buono ma caro. ”

“We had a great time at this condo. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was close to the pool and had a reserved parking spot so that is always nice. Loved that we didn’t have to rent beach equipment as this condo had plenty to use. I wish the TV would have been in the living space instead of only in the bedroom and the remote for the tv was difficult to use and looked as though it may need to be replaced. Overall we have no complaints about this condo or the host and would rent it...

“From the concierges, to the valets, to the poolside wait staff, to the housekeeping, the hospitality was wonderful! We made the mistake of doing Uber instead of a rental car. Not the smartest idea considering it is really easy to get an Uber from the airport to Princeville, but very hard to get an Uber while at the hotel. The valet manager and staff were very helpful in arranging other transportation for us, and even drove us to and from the hotel to the the Princeville Market so we could try...
