    Centrally located 10 minutes north of the Lihue airport, next to the Coconut Marketplace. Islander on the Beach is sitting on 6 acres of beautifully manicured gardens with swaying palms trees and cooling trade winds. This ocean front resort features a gorgeous pool and hot tub and is home to the local Sand Bar.

    This ground floor studio has 2 full size beds, a fully stocked kitchenette with small fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and tea kettle (no cooktop). Perfect for a small family or traveling friends. Wireless Internet, smart TV, cable, beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your exploring day trips. Close to shopping, beaches and activities. Perfect place to stay and enjoy the island on a budget!

Perfect accommodation with AC and free parking for our family vacation. It has all things we needed for our vacation, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Very close to town and Lydgate beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was my Hawaii dream come true. The location was absolutely perfect. I wanted to be able to walk right out to the ocean. Great location! The ground unit made it a breeze to walk to the ocean for our morning coffee a s evening walks. It’s very close to the pool area, which has a great little happy hour and outdoor bar. The unit had everything we needed including beach chairs and boogie boards plus a nice little ice chest Will definitely stay here again!

Over all it was a nice place. Lots of things around the area. Provided us with all the amenities needed. Easy check in and check out! Only thing the fan didn’t turn on only the light since the remote for the fan wasn’t working but it wasn’t a big deal.

Check-in was smooth as well as check-out. List of easy instructions to follow, nice little gift, and quick responses from staff members about any issue. My family and I ran into a little issue at night, and they were quick to respond and send someone as soon as they could to resolve the problem. I would hands down book this spot again when I go back.

Excellent location with nearby shops and food. The property is beautifully well maintained. The unit itself could use some facelift. The shower was not clean upon our arrival.

We enjoyed our stay overall as the location was amazing ! When we emailed the property manager we got a response fairly quickly and they addressed our issues with the exception of a very slow draining sink in the kitchenette. We managed but dishes would have been easier with a properly draining sink I would absolutely recommend this property and will definitely be back if we are back on Kauai !

Parking was easy, air conditioned wasn’t as cold as we thought it could be. Room wasn’t very clean, the closet had a lot of sand in t. The bathroom even had some feces on the floor, and the dishes were wet, like they were just rinsed and put away.
