VISTA GIARDINO CONDO A SOLI PASSI DALL'OCEANO !!!

Questo bellissimo Pono Kai Condo (Edificio H) è a pochi passi dall'oceano e dalla spiaggia !! Con cucina completa, zona pranzo, soggiorno, patio privato, piscina, vasca idromassaggio, tennis, palestra, pallavolo, barbecue, WiFi, 3 km di pista ciclabile lungo l'oceano, parcheggio gratuito, ecc.

È UN CERVELLO NO !! Prenota ora!!

Questo incredibile condominio di piano terra di 650 piedi quadrati, nell'edificio H, si trova in quella che molti considerano la "migliore spiaggia per famiglie di Kauai". A pochi passi dalla piscina e dalla spiaggia, questo condominio offre la migliore posizione per il divertimento dell'isola. Non ci sono scale da salire, basta uscire dal lanai fino alla spiaggia o passeggiare attraverso i giardini ben curati fino alla piscina, campi da tennis, campo da croquet, aree barbecue / picnic, palestra e shuffle board. Fai una breve passeggiata attraverso la storica città di Kapa'a per lo shopping, il cibo e le attività ricreative dell'isola.

Questo condominio può ospitare comodamente quattro persone. La camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, un sacco di spazio di archiviazione, oltre a una TV a schermo piatto. Il soggiorno ha un letto Murphy queen-size (vedi foto) oltre a una TV a schermo piatto. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con piatti, pentole, lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè e forno a microonde con una comoda zona pranzo. Il proprietario ha recentemente aggiornato il condominio con bellissimi nuovi armadi e ripiani.

Per le prenotazioni superiori a 14 giorni, è richiesto un soggiorno di metà soggiorno (supplemento di $ 100 per le pulizie) in cui la governante aggiorna le lenzuola e gli asciugamani da bagno, pulisce l'unità e reintegra articoli da toeletta / prodotti di consumo.

Jared was amazing. So responsive and very instructive. The place was also amazing, really easy check-in process, the resort is nice and feels safe, the room itself is very spacious and includes all the essentials for your stay. We particularly were grateful for the beach wagon, boogie boards, beach chairs, and snorkel gear that were available to use for free. So much cheaper and easier than renting gear for the week. The central location provided us the ability to enjoy both the north and south shores of the island from a nice “home base”. Kapa’a itself was awesome as well.

Proximity to old Kapaa town is great, a lot of walk ability to stores, restaurants, etc. Property was exactly as pictured. Great communication with owner. It was nice to have things like assorted spices, cooler, beach towels, etc available!

The resort is in a good location, close enough to the beach that a brief sidewalk trek will lead one to the ocean walkway. We did not have ocean views from our condo, as it faces the center of the resort leading to the pool area, which did have attractive landscaping. The staff was fairly responsive to our needs. Airport is a quick drive, though sometimes traffic can be a little heavy, especially if there is construction, of course. There are a few restaurants in walking distance, and the condos have full kitchens. Our unit which was privately owned had extras in the kitchen, which was really nice. It also provided extras that our friends staying in the same resort did not have in their regular condo, such as beach chairs, a few toys, etc.,and a Roku for streaming which we loved, because we could easily catch up on our favorite Colorado sports teams in the evening. Overall, our stay was a good one. Beach views would’ve been nice, but we were out on excursions and traveling all around the island throughout the day all week, and had walks along the beach daily every morning. Those are the very memorable moments.

Our favorite was the little chairs that we could back pack them down to the beach and sit. We used some other beach stuff also. Nice to not have to buy everything.We enjoyed the kitchen being stocked and access to a bbq

This condo is very nice, looks exactly like the pictures and the host was very responsive. The front desk people were helpful and the grounds we beautiful. The pool was under construction when were were there so that was a bit of a bummer but overall, great location.

This was the perfect location. Loved getting up every morning and walking the path along the ocean. There is a grocery store just down the street and lots of restaurants you can walk to. Downtown Kapaa is right on the other side of the condos. We did cook several meals and found everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen. We definitely would stay here again.

Bel endroit où rester

Jared a été très accommodant. Nous avions demandé une arrivée hâtive et il nous l’avons obtenu. Nous avons eu une évacuation due au tsunami du 29 juillet et le personnel du resort nous ont donné l’information en venant directement à notre porte. Heureusement plus de peur que de mal.Le condo est confortable pour 4 personnes. Le lit escamotable a un bon matelas. Petit point négatif pour l’air climatisé qui se rend mal dans la chambre. Les coqs chantent à tout heure du jour et de la nuit alors c’est bien de fermer les fenêtres. Sinon nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Les restaurants et les boutiques sont à distance de marche, la piscine et le spa sont super, la plage est tout près.Bref, nous y retournerons sans hésiter!

Perfect get away

We were so impressed with the location an property for our weekend girls trip! It was easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. The pool and hot tub were open later than I expected, which meant we got to explore all day, and also enjoy the amenities. Appreciated the beach chairs at the rental that we could take with up for a day of exploring. The unit was clean and well cared for. If I go back to Kauai, I'd stay here again!

Cozy and comfortable

The apartment was clean and inviting. The resort was well landscaped and pleasant although we didn't use any of the facilities. The location is convenient for going north or south on the island. Unfortunately it was very windy while we were there, so we didn't get to take much advantage of the wonderful bike/walkway that is next to the ocean behind the resort.

Excellent Location, Maintenance, and Owner Response

We really loved our stay at this property. The room itself was clean and solid and the kitchen was super well-stocked. I'm so glad that they left a bunch of the spices and odds and ends that people probably gathered when they cooked in it, as all those things made the kitchen far more usable. Also, when we found that there weren't dishwasher pods in the kitchen, the owner actually gave us plenty of money in a refund for us to get our own, and since we were out so much, that was easy for us to do. They responded really well to our problem and were good about being generous on how to solve it when the housekeeper was across the island and unable to get to us in a timely manner. The hottub on the property was a great way to get to talk to a lot of other travelers. The location was right on the edge of a small town, with lots of fun stuff just in walking distance, and instant access to the main road around the island. And being at the mid-point meant that going north and doing west was equally easy. We've done Poipu before, but this was so much nicer, and more mixed into the actual residents of this island instead of just a resort dislocated from the rest of the island. I would so recommend this instead of Poipu, if you want to go to Poipu beach, it's an easy drive from here, too, and there are even beaches just on one side of the whole complex, some with protection from the surf to make swimming much less hazardous than on other parts of the island.

Fantastic Stay

Jared’s condo was clean, spacious, and close to amenities. He was a very responsive host and answered our questions promptly. Kauai is absolutely beautiful and we would love to stay at Jared’s condo again.
