Piano Terra # E103, 2 Re Master Suite, $ 200 Speciale !!

Aloha ~ Perché dovreste rimanere nella nostra unità al piano terra? L'orgoglio di proprietà spettacoli! Abbiamo arredato la nostra unità 1.300 piedi quadrati con tutto top della linea ~ La nostra unità mostra come un modello. L'arte è grande ~ La biancheria è il migliore! Molto di buon gusto. La nostra unità dispone di suite doppia maestri opposti lati della sala. La cucina è semplicemente incredibile e abbiamo aggiunto tutto ciò che pensiamo che potrebbe essere necessario.

Soggiorno con nuovo divano e TV a schermo piatto. La sala da pranzo ha posti a sedere per quattro e una zona colazione isola. Le camere matrimoniali hanno verande all'aperto con aree salotto e un grande prato per i bambini.

Ogni camera è stata progettata come una master suite di cui 2 letti King celeste con biancheria di lusso. Ogni camera è dotata di una TV a schermo piatto. C'è un mangiare erba e spazio esterno privato fuori del salotto. Ci troviamo appena mezzo minuto dalla hall principale e mezzo minuto alla piscina e spiaggia. Questa unità al piano terra è perfetta se ti piace la sensazione di interno / esterno.

We had an amazing time! The condo was clean and well appointed. The beds comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were lovely. The pool and staff were fabulous. We can’t wait to come back!

The location is great. Short drives to the north and south side. The accomodations are everything you need for a fantastic stay. Full kitchen, huge bathrooms, great beds. The property has everything you need. A nice surprise in the room was 2 sets of snorkel gear, 3 boogie boards, 3 beach chairs and stuff for younger kids. Very clean and safe area to stay on the island. We would love to stay here again!!

Host provided all required information prior to check in. Getting there was easy and all the amenities were great. The place felt spacious, had everything we needed and so far the best water pressure i have experienced on kauai. I would highly recommend staying here and cant wait to come back!

The condo was very comfortable and well equipped with lots of amenities for the beach. It is spacious. Kitchen is lovely. Loved being on the ground floor. Lovely grounds and pool. The condo is in a great location on the island. We would certainly all return to this condo.

Great property, very clean. All needed amenities in unit. Walking distance to beach and numerous restaurants nearby. Lovely pool area for adults and children. Communication with host was excellent. Highly recommend this property!

Prachtig appartement!

Het is een prachtige condo op de begane grond. Inchecken ging heel makkelijk en fijn dat we dit zelf konden doen gezien het late tijdstip van aankomst. Condo is van alle gemakken voorzien. Keuken compleet en zelfs wat basis producten aanwezig zoals zout, peper en suiker. Goede ligging in het resort en de locatie was perfect. Een supermarkt, wat winkeltjes en eetgelegenheden gelijk tegenover het resort! Het was top!!!

We have stayed at this resort a few times. Love it! The pool area and beach access are outstanding. We had a toddler this time, so this ground floor unit with access to a grass lawn was perfect. Two King beds are hard to find, so we were happy to find this unit. We had everything we needed and there was even a toddler life vest, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc. Safeway, Ross, Starbucks, Wailua Shave Ice, and ABC Store are a short walk from the property. The only negative was that all of the grills on the property had some burners out. We would definitely book this property again. Excellent! You won't be disappointed.

Great stay

The property is perfect for a family of 4. Plenty of space for everyone. The resort is very family friendly. The location is absolutely perfect with a Safeway across the street for groceries and restaurants and shops within walking distance if you don’t have a car.

We absolutely loved our visit to the resort! The condo was exactly as described and great communication with the host! Clean, well stocked and very comfortable. We had teenagers with us and they loved the pool, lazy river and slides. We had several days that were pool days in between exploring the island. It was our first visit to Kauai and I am so happy we chose this condo and resort. We will for sure be back!

Absolutely loved our stay!

The property and resort were beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. Nicole was super easy to communicate with and responded super quickly! We loved the rooms and the beds were so comfy. Everything was super clean and we had all the cooking supplies to cook in when we wanted. Absolutely loved our visit and would definitely come back!

Everything We Needed

We literally had everything we needed at this property. A well-stocked kitchen, a comfortable amount of living space with indoor and outdoor dining tables, washer and dryer in the unit, easy access to the pool and beach, and right across the street from Safeway and Wailua Shave Ice. It was perfect for our family of four. A great stay for families with kids!

Comfortable and convenient!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Kapa'a at this property and would not hesitate to rent again. The unit was well appointed, and the host communicative. All amenities were present and comfortable, clean. It was wonderful to have options to do laundry which made packing so much easier, and the local area offers easy access to food, activities, the beach and pool. A!

Great Central Kauai Resort Steps from the Beach

This location is so great for walkable restaurants, shopping and a grocery store as well as the main thoroughfare for the Island. Most of our activities were within 20 minutes of the property. There was an air conditioning issue due to a storm the week before so it was very warm in the day hours but we were able to get it comfortable for sleeping. The host credited us for this issue. The beach abuts the property and there are walking trails.

Amazing Vacation Property

We couldn't have dreamed of a more amazing vacation rental. This condo is equipped with everything you might need and more. The 2 master suites provided ample room for two couples. There are actually 3 bathrooms. Being on ground floor made it especially easy to walk right out to the beautiful facility grounds. While not beachfront, it is only a short walk to the beautiful beach, steps to the pool, lazy river, sand-bottomed hot tubs. The sunset/sunrise was like no other. Directly across the street from the main entrance is a Starbucks, Safeway grocery, restaurants, shopping. The owners and property manager were easy to connect with and were very accommodating. Don't miss the opportunity to stay at this condo.

Wonderful property and condo!

The property is in a great location - central to the island. Large grocery store just across the street. The property is beautiful and spacious! It includes a pool, exercise room, restaurant, spa, hot tubs, kiddie pool and bicycle rental. The condo itself is modern, spacious and beautiful. It had all the amenities one could hope for. Loved the lanai area and ate every meal out there. We would certainly return to this condo and would recommend it to everyone.

Very nice condo at a beautiful resort

Nice sized condo for two senior couples. Everything we needed and when we had a request for additional chairs we called Sheila who was the local contact and we got immediate assistance and she was very helpful with suggestions and anything we needed. We would stay again The only negative was the living room seating. Older backs needed firmer and more comfortable seating.
