Dal momento che il resort non gestisce questa unità, non hai il diritto di utilizzare le loro strutture ad eccezione della nostra piscina superiore e delle griglie.) Questo è un condominio diretto fronte mare con 2 camere da letto a pochi passi da una bellissima spiaggia di sabbia bianca con acqua limpida, nuoto fantastico, snorkeling e tramonti favolosi. Completi lavori di ristrutturazione di questo condominio sono stati completati nel 2006. La biancheria da letto è di 1 letto king-size, 2 letti singoli e un divano-letto queen-size. 1200 piedi quadrati. Soggiorno minimo di 4 notti. C'è un $ 240. 00 spese di pulizia. Napili Lanai 320 is a peacefull setting overlooking Napili beach. We were luled to sleep each night by the gentle lapping of the ocean on the shore, and woke up each morning to the view of the beach and ocean.The access to the beach is easy by going out the front door and through the pool area adjacent to the unit, this is a benefit as you do not have other guests walking through the lawn.The owners thoughtfully provide beach chairs and many beach towels. Laundry in the room is a big convenience.The kitchen is well stocked for cooking in, including all the basic spices and cooking oils. And the Lanai is better than any table at the resturants. But that said the Sea House has Breakfast Lunch and Diner if you are not up to prepping meals every day. Several top notch restaurants are neaby as well.We will seek this one out on future trips.

The location was just beautiful. The ocean right in front. The place was stocked with just about anything you would need. Our family enjoyed lots of quality time together. There are restaurants steps away and shops not too far of a drive.

Spectacular ocean views

Awesome location with spectacular views of the ocean. Nothing better than being on your own patio listening to the waves. Easy access to two beach options. You will need to carry beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach. Decor and furniture in the unit are worn and need to be replaced. Pull out couch is so uncomfortable that it’s unusable. Primary bedroom is not completely private - has a 3/4 wall and Japanese screen door separating it from the living room.

Paradise between two of the best Beaches on Maui

This was my first experience with VRBO. What a great property- it was exactly as the photos documented. Nicely appointed, plenty of room, with 2 bedrooms. 2 bath and pull out coach. Beach chairs and towels / ice chest- all supplied. AC and Washer/Dryer. Steps from Kapalua and Napilli bays. Close to shopping and our Favorite restaurant-Merrimans. Romantic sunsets- on the lanai. We highly recommend this property, and will rent there again.

Nicest place within Napili Kai

4 adults, one infant, one other adult who slept in a separate unit. Oceanfront. Everything was perfect except we had to go out a buy some coffee filters. Roku TV worked well once I figured out there was an on-off button on the Roku remote (our home Roku's are just players w/ no power buttons. Really appreciated the washer/dryer - could have packed a little lighter had I read the description more carefully. Expensive, but worth it!

Doesn’t Get Much Better

This was a great place for a family of four to spend a week. The ocean is right off the back porch with a short walk to multiple beach options. Nothing beats going to sleep hearing the waves crash below. Clean, easy parking, and a full kitchen saves a lot of money on constantly dining out at expensive Maui restaurants. Only thing I would change is the room safe - too small for laptops.

Sunset Sea in Paradise

Very well appointed condo with spectacular bay & ocean views - even the nighttime views are gorgeous with the lights reflecting on the water. Quiet & private but close to restaurants & shopping. The bay is lovely to swim in for both young & old. Very pleased with our 11 night stay.

Great stay

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean upon arrival and checking in was super easy. You do only have access to one of the pools on the hotel premises, but that worked fine for us. Ocean view was amazing!

One week of paradise

The four of us (three adults, one toddler) truly our stay here and hope to be back! The entire property is well stocked with everything you could need, from kitchen to beach day essentials. You cannot beat the easy beach access, and the sunsets on the lanai were out of this world. My only “issue” (a minor one) is the furniture, fixtures, and carpet / flooring are all quite dated, and could use a refresh. Also, it would be great to have a better door/entry mat as it’s tough to avoid bringing sand inside otherwise. Would be ideal if there is a way to access the back year without going through the condo (that way you could hose off feet / belongings before bringing them inside.) Overall, a lovely spot and we plan to be back!

Beautiful stay in Hawaii

Such a great location and the view is out of this world. We stayed in this condo over 25 years ago and knew exactly the view we would be getting. The condo is equipped with everything you need for your stay from all the kitchen things you need to beach chairs, snorkeling gear.
