In the exclusive “Aloha Lounge” holiday flat, enjoy an unforgettable 180-degree panoramic view across the entire Olpenitz harbour basin, the Maasholm marina, the ships sailing in and out of the Schlei, and the Pilot’s Island all the way to Denmark!
The Aloha Lounge is situated on the top floor of the Klabautermann II, right on the harbour promenade in Olpenitz. As soon as you step inside the flat, you can see the water through the wide, floor-to-ceiling windows. The light-filled, loft-style living, kitchen and dining area, with its strikingly high ceilings, offers you a wide variety of perspectives. Depending on the lighting conditions, there are various seating options, which makes the 80 m² seem even larger.
The balcony seems to float above the harbour promenade. Whale watching included! With a bit of luck, you can spot porpoises in the harbour basin.
The living room features a cosy sofa in watercolour shades. Here, you’ll wake up to a view of the water. A flat-screen TV is integrated into the view and can be flexibly positioned to face either the sofa or the dining area. The large dining table with comfortable armchairs seats two people.
The open-plan kitchen also has everything you could wish for. As well as a hob with a ceramic hob and extractor fan, an oven, a microwave and a fridge-freezer, you’ll also find a coffee machine and a Nespresso machine, a kettle and a toaster, as well as an extensive selection of cookware and crockery.
In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable Tom Tailor box-spring bed (180×200 cm), ample storage space for your clothes and another flat-screen TV. The electrically operated roof window allows you to let the cool night air in whenever you like. Blackout pleated blinds are fitted to the windows. The skylight can also be blacked out.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet and a washing machine with an integrated dryer. Should you wish to set up your home office in Olpenitz, a desk is available in the hallway. Our holiday flat is fitted with underfloor heating throughout. A total of three electric roof windows ensure good ventilation and a comfortable temperature in all rooms. The ‘Aloha Lounge’ is therefore the perfect holiday home in all seasons.

The highlight of the flat is the lovely balcony, where you can enjoy the colourful sunrises and sunsets here in the north together. There is a private, free parking space available in front of the building. The flat is easily accessible by lift. You can store your bikes in the communal shed.

Due to its location right on the promenade and its close proximity to the restaurant and the BEACHBAR, it can get quite lively, particularly in the evenings.
