A high-end, fully furnished 3-room penthouse vacation apartment (75 m²) with two bedrooms and a spacious living area featuring a separate dining area, a double sofa bed, and a built-in kitchen. You have access to the spacious rooftop terrace from the living room as well as from both bedrooms.

Accommodates up to 6 people: extended families (grandparents, parents, children), friends... are welcome.

Two bathrooms, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, hair dryer, and towel warmers in each. Both bedrooms feature box-spring beds measuring 180 cm x 200 cm, living room with a double sofa bed, three flat-screen satellite TVs in all living and sleeping areas with Sky Bundesliga and other specialty channels, stereo systems with digital radio, Bluetooth, and CD players, Wi-Fi, and an in-cabinet safe.

Fully equipped kitchen with Miele/WMF appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, etc.).

The building includes a conveniently located underground parking space assigned to the apartment. 



The Bollwark Residence features 26 superbly equipped living units. The two- and three-room apartments are just as comfortable for couples seeking relaxation as they are for families with children who want to spend eventful days by the sea. All apartments feature a private balcony, terrace, or loggia: there, vacationers can start the day relaxed with a cup of coffee while enjoying the view of the water, or reflect on the day’s events in the evening with a glass of red wine. Experienced interior design specialists were responsible for the interiors of these bright and spacious living units.
The carefully coordinated colors of the flooring, furniture, and home textiles create a harmonious whole. Satellite TV with Sky channels provides entertainment.
