Meerhaus - Detached House, Infrared Sauna, Fireplace, Bathtub, Terrace

Welcome to the "Meerhaus" in Olpenitz.
The house features an open-plan living and dining area, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. After long walks on the beach, you can relax on the comfortable sofa in front of the fireplace and watch your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. The sofa converts into a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), and together with the additional sleeper chair, there are two more sleeping spaces, which are suitable for children.
A high chair is available for little ones, and a stair gate is also provided. The kitchen offers everything you need for a fun-filled evening of cooking with the family.
The two bedrooms are located on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV, while the other has two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains for restful nights.
One bathroom is located on the ground floor and features a walk-in shower and, as a highlight, an infrared sauna. Here you can warm up and relax on cold days. The second bathroom on the first floor offers a shower and a hairdryer.
In 2023, the outdoor area was expanded with a wooden shed. This shed contains a barbecue, a parasol, sun loungers, and garden toys for shared use. It also serves as a privacy screen and windbreak for the private terrace. The attached garden sofa and the lovingly landscaped garden allow you to enjoy pleasant summer breakfasts and cozy summer evenings with the sound of the sea on your own terrace.
A pull-out armchair for a child is available on the first floor, and the sofa bed on the ground floor is also suitable for one person.
You are welcome to bring your furry friends. A handcart is available at the "Meerhaus" for lovely family walks on the beach. A parking space for your car is located directly in front of the house.
