Welcome to the holiday home "Olpenitz-Perle-Lillesand" in Olpenitz.
This detached house features an open-plan living and dining area, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Large windows create a bright, airy, and spacious atmosphere.
After long walks on the beach, you can relax on the comfortable sofa in front of the fireplace, curl up with a good book, or watch your favorite series on the flat-screen TV. We also warmly welcome your four-legged friends, so the whole family—dog included—can enjoy a holiday together.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals for yourself and your family. It includes a dishwasher as well as an integrated washing machine.
The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (200 x 200 cm), while the other contains two single beds (100 x 200 cm each). Both bedrooms feature blackout options to ensure a restful night's sleep.
On the ground floor, you will find a bathroom with a window (fitted with privacy screening) that includes a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail, a hairdryer, and—as a special highlight—an infrared sauna, perfect for warming up and relaxing on colder days.
The second bathroom, located on the upper floor, also features a window with privacy screening, a heated towel rail, and a bathtub with a shower screen.
On sunny days, you can make yourself comfortable on the furnished terrace—perhaps in the classic beach basket chair—and enjoy a relaxing end to the day with your family on mild summer evenings.
A bicycle rack is available for your bikes, or you are welcome to use the lockable garden shed. There is a parking space for your car right in front of the house.
