This is a comfortable holiday apartment in a two-family house in Karlsruhe-Grötzingen, with ideal transport connections. It is in a quiet residential district on the eastern edge of the town area, near the forest and a lake. The separate kitchen with two large windows enables convenient and comprehensive self-catering with a four-zone ceramic hob and oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and ample cooking and dining utensils. The dining table next to it invites you to dine together. The daylight bathroom with a walk-in shower includes a towel radiator, a WC and a washbasin. Free Wi-Fi rounds off the amenities.There are cafes and restaurants within 800 metres. It is 1.4km to shops such as a grocery discounter and supermarket, as well as to an S-Bahn station. The edge of the forest is 150 metres away. You can go on a trip to the swimming lake ca. 2.7km away. It is just 400 metres to the national road, with direct access to the motorway 3km away. The centre of Karlsruhe is 10km away.
