The staff here was wonderful and very accommodating. The room was lovely and very quiet. Our issue was the bottom sheet. It was way too big for our king bed. There was so much extra material that every time you tuned over the sheet moved with you like skating across a frozen surface. Very disturb and uncomfortable.

Starting to slip.
We've stayed here a good 4 times now and as often as possible choose La Qinra hotels when available. Never had an issue before this trip. It's the little things. The desk clerk was not friendly. He gave us a hard time about or service dog which has never happened here. He grudgingly contacted his manager but once he did the issue was resolved. Handed the key card over without a word. Normally they offer 2 key cards and tell us what floor we're on, what time breakfast is, he did none of that. Got to the rooom and the toilet paper roll was empty, looked around and found a partial roll only, sitting on the shelf near the empty roll. We had our special needs grandson staying with us and had to make two more trips for bedding and towels from the 3rd floor. Desk clerk once again acted like i was bothering him, that is after he finally came to the front desk. Each tine he was nowhere to be found and waited a good 5 minutes saying hello, hello, for him to realize there was someone there. The door at the end of the building has a broken handle so with my disabled husband and service dog and special needs grandson we strugwith it and then had to walk from where we parked to the front just to get in the building. Very disappointed this time, hope it's not a continued pattern.

It was a very clean LaQuinta but check in was slow because they had a new computer system. The beds were comfortable.The only complaint was the toilet was extremely low.

Major mess up at check in
I booked this room for my date to a wedding. When I went to check him in the desk informed me they do not allow rooms for locals. I had already paid for the room through your site and entered my address which is LOCAL. It took almost 40 mins and my date having to show up and give his out of town ID to check in. I should have been informed before purchase. Huge time waste that nearly made us late and SUPER embarrassing.

Great option
Last minute decision to stop during 24 hour drive. This property was very nice and clean. Good pool and breakfast okay but not well stocked for a Sunday morning at 7:00. Front desk rep was welcoming and easy check in. Beds were not great for us, a bit hard, but room air conditioning was perfect for a good night rest.

The property is efficiently designed to be easy to maneuver. I am a senior and I would prefer for the shower to have one more rail to steady myself. But I am very satisfied with my stay here.

Great service!
We were very happy with this property. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk was amazing. Breakfast was typical of motel breakfasts, but everything was hot and fresh and different items rotated in daily. There was also an evening, "one bowl" item every day. Spaghetti one night, nachos one night, etc.

The grounds could be better groomed. Pool was closed. Looked to be out of order. Inside was very clean as was the room. We were very comfortable. Front desk was very nice.

Great!
The temperature outside was still in upper 90's as we arrived at 22:30. We were greeted by a very friendly and attentive desk clerk who didn't waste any time in checking us in. We went up to our room on the top floor and felt the cool air as the door opened. Actually had to adjust it up a little to 75 from 68. Everything was as it was supposed to be, no unpleasant surprises. The bed was comfortable and room was very quiet. Breakfast was very good as well, they had eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, fruit, cereal, muffins and fresh coffee. We definitely stay here again.

AC Works pretty well but filters were dirty. There is apparently no effort put into keeping the outside of the hotel neat and clean. The check in was rather unprofessional and sketchy. They need a copy of my drivers license. A bit concerning due to the fact I suspect credit card theft at this hotel from a previous visit.

worst check in ever
the stay was ok but the check in experience was terrible. i requested a room that sleeps 5 the room choice selections showed 1 king bed. but the caption said it slept 5. i was assuming that there was a pull out sofa that just wasn't listed. when i arrived the check in clerk told me that i had sogned up for only a king bed (without sleeper sofa) even thought i requested a room that slept 5. there seemed to be some sort of error between what hotels.com had listed and what was actually available. he rudely told me that it was an error and kept me waiting for 30 minutes when he tried to fix it. in the end it was a terrible experience and now i know better than to trust what hotels.com has listed. verify everything esp when something seems off! very unfortunate experience on hotels.com part and very poorly handled by the hotel as well. these 2 companies do not work well together and the customer suffers

Staff and stay was nice. Got charged for a pillow case and a towel that got stained. They charged me 40.00 dollars extra for. But they will probably wash it with bleach and put it back out again. They didn’t send me an email about it. I had to call about the charge.

Rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. All employees were very friendly. I woke up my 96 y.o. mother at 8 a.m. for breakfast. We arrived in the dining room just after 9:30. Breakfast on weekends is served until 10 a.m., but all that was left were muffins and cereal. I asked Chris Miller, the desk clerk, where the rest of the breakfast went as the hot food bins were empty. He immediately went into the kitchen and made biscuits and sausage for us. I consider this to be "above and beyond" and commend Chris for his service. On checking out, I realized that I had left an item in the room. Chris did not hesitate in going to the room himself to retrieve my item.

2nd time here.
Room was nice but it took us a bit to figure out the ac. Breakfast didnt seem like there wasas much as the last yime we were there. All in all it was comforting, staff is very friendly, and hotel is very clean. We couldnt tell there was a huge wedding party there, was very calm and peaceful.

We only had one room left that didn't sale the day before, since it was cleaned, we were able to check you in. The other one was occupied buy a day and night guest and their belonging needed to be taken out before we cleaned the room. Be assured that it’s not the kind of service that we would like to offer you and I understand your dissatisfaction.I was happy to see the positive side of this review.
