“部屋はとても綺麗で、キッチン用品も一通り揃っていて、とても快適に過ごさせていだだきました！ ２泊したのですが、子供達ももっと居たいと言ってました！ 軽井沢に行った時にはまた利用したいです！”

“4月中旬の軽井沢は通りには桜が見れました。11度くらいでさむいですが、5月は新緑がおすすめです。 清潔な客室でベッドは寝やすく静かな環境です。スタッフの方特にフロントの方、客室係の方は気持ちよく挨拶してくださり丁寧で気配りがあり、申請。うれしいおもてなしでした。 朝食は和食、洋食:アメリカンスタイルセット サラダセットヨーグルトやトーストにつけるジャム、フレンチトーストから選べます。サラダセットは美味しく頂きました。 朝食スタッフにより朝食の紅茶やコーヒーのおかわりや空いたお皿を片付ける時にお客様を急かすかのではなく、ゆっくり朝食をたのしんで頂く配慮が欲しいスタッフがいました。家族はお部屋に泊まることは満足しています。”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, with Old Karuizawa Ginza Street right outside the hotel, making it super convenient to explore. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we loved the organic-smelling toiletries. Staff were always polite and helpful throughout our stay. “We have stayed at à few Hoshinoya hotels in Japan & Taiwan but this is the worst one so far. The room is dark, outdated and to get from bed to bath with many steps makes it difficult at night when the lights are so dim. Only tap water is complimented in the room . The meditation onsen is so dark inside all you see is dark wall no day light the vibe makes me feel scary not relaxing. No compliments of milk or ice cream after bath only juices cans sharing outside of the bath house for both...

“I would have to say I have mixed feelings about my stay. I'll start with the positives. The private baths that you can reserve were wonderful and easy to book. The staff were all very nice , especially the restaurant staff. The hotel is charming...but in places looking a bit dated.
