La Mer Deluxe is 2 bedroom luxury duplex house with indoor pool and spa area for 4 people. La Mer Deluxe is located at Kördere area of Kalkan, just 6 min. drive to Kalkan Center and 15 min. drive to the one of the most famous beaches of Turkey, Kaputaş Beach.

Living Room and Kitchen:

Spacious and contemporary living, kitchen and dining area is total of 62 sqm.

The living area has plenty of comfortable seating with 49” Smart TV having English/German/Russian/Turkish TV channels, a DVD player and music system. There is a fireplace in the living room.

The well-equipped kitchen features granite work surfaces, full oven, hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. Dining table is for four people.

Balcony adjacent to the kitchen has a two people table. From the balcony next to the living room its possible to access the terrace and indoor pool area. Balcony next to the living room has a four people table and seating with a great Kalkan view.

Master Bedroom / Honeymoon Suite:

Master bedroom / Honeymoon suite has a garden view. There is one King size bed (180cmx200cm) with canopy bed curtains, dressing table and a 180cm wardrobe. There is 32’’ Led TV having English/German/Russian/Turkish TV channels.

En-suite bathroom has Jacuzzi bath and rain shower. There is washing machine in the bathroom. Bedroom including bathroom is 28 sqm.




Twin Bedroom:

Twin bedroom has a garden view. It has 2 separate beds (100cmx200cm). If needed twin beds can be transformed to one super king size bed (200cmx200cm). There is a 160cm wardrobe in the room. There is 32’’ Led TV having English/German/Russian/Turkish TV channels. Twin bedroom is 12sqm.

Bathroom across the room has a rain shower. Bathroom is 5 sqm.

Indoor Pool, Gym and Spa Area:

There is an indoor heated swimming pool/jacuzzi, spa area attached to the house. Pool/Jacuzzi has turbo massage pumps. Measurements 2.5mtx7.5mt, depth 1.3mt. There is lounge area indoor next to the pool and a 12sqm sun lounge area outside in the terrace.

In the spa area, there is a gym room with treadmill, exercise bike, dumbells and etc, 4 people Turkish hammam, sauna, shower and toilet.

There is a separate outdoor childrens’ playground at the common area.
