I booked this villa and believed Richard Smith to be the owner. He isn't he is acting on behalf of Agni Travel. He lists hundreds of properties- you can check reviews of both those properties and Agni Travel. Whilst some of the reviews are okay, there are many that echo our experience. The location and view of this villa was lovely. That's where the lovely ends. The villa is tired and not looked after. Multiple things broken, not working, missing. Every light fitting was missing bulbs, furniture was tatty and one piece was covered in children'a stickers that had gone yellow and faded. It looked like the house had been furnished with unwanted furniture from someone's home. The carpentry was unfinished so there were holes and cracks everywhere. The paintwork was dirty and tired. There were mosquitos squashed against walls and curtains. In the main bedroom there was only one wall socket, it was hanging out of the wall with wires exposed and was behind the headboard meaning it was useless. Windows didn't work, outside light fittings were smashed. Windows were filthy, there was no chairs on the balcony so you couldn't sit and enjoy the view. The drains inside and out smelt. The kitchen was not well equipped- there were no wine glasses, no plug to wash up. The white goods were fine and worked. I messaged Richard following the last poor review and he assured me things had been sorted. The pool wasn't cleaned at all and at night you could see all sorts floating in it.My advice-avoid
