“Best approach , directly from main road. Parking is very good. Food is excellent. Staff behavior is very polite with prompt response. Property is spread across a large area with various stay options (type of rooms) , so no congestion and ample space for walking / activities. A very good location indeed in hilly terrain like Bhimtal.”

“We spent two wonderful nights at Itmenaan Estate, and our stay was truly pleasant and memorable. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention to the lady managing the property — she is incredibly warm and welcoming, which adds a personal touch to the experience.
