The fully equipped apartment, featuring a large, modern kitchen and a washing machine, is located just a few minutes’ walk from Kassel’s Bergpark (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), Wilhelmshöhe Castle, and the Hercules statue. Within walking distance of this quiet apartment, you’ll find numerous (breakfast) bakeries, restaurants, pubs, ice cream shops, and grocery stores, and Kassel’s downtown is also just a short distance away.

Pets are welcome here (max. 2) and are charged €5.00 per night per pet, plus a one-time final cleaning fee of €15.00.

Since July 2025, the city of Kassel has been charging all guests a lodging tax of 5% of the rental price. Since this cannot be automatically calculated by the booking platform at the time of booking, a separate payment request will be issued for this amount.

In addition, this exclusive apartment features a large, modern, fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, and refrigerator with freezer) with a large dining table, as well as a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet and a separate guest restroom. This quiet apartment also features a large balcony with a view of Hercules, as well as a washing machine, and offers our guests free parking on the property.

In addition to all the amenities and attractions that the Bad Wilhelmshöhe district of Kassel offers its international guests—such as Europe’s largest mountain park (featuring, among other things, Wilhelmshöhe Palace, the Hercules statue, and Löwenburg Castle)— which you can reach in just a few minutes on foot, you can get to downtown Kassel in no time at all by tram, car, bicycle, scooter, or even on foot.
