Bedrooms & Occupancy:
To ensure the accommodations are optimally prepared for your group size, the bedrooms are allocated according to the number of guests booked:

1–2 guests: Bedroom 1 with a double bed (180 × 200 cm)

3 guests: Bedroom 1 with a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and Bedroom 3 with a single bed (90 × 200 cm)

4 guests: Bedroom 1 with a double bed (180 × 200 cm) and Bedroom 2 with two single beds (90 × 200 cm each)

5 guests: All three bedrooms

Note:
The number of bedrooms provided depends on the number of guests booked. If you would like additional bedrooms or a different room layout, please let us know at the time of booking.

Of course, the entire apartment is exclusively at your disposal.

The Accommodation

Living Room:

The spacious, light-filled living room with a wide window front invites you to relax.
The comfortable corner sofa (240 × 170 cm) offers plenty of space to unwind. Enjoy cozy TV nights on the smart TV with satellite connection and Amazon Prime, or spend time together at the large dining table with six chairs—ideal for shared meals, game nights, or working.

During the colder months, a wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth and a particularly inviting atmosphere in addition to the central heating. Firewood is, of course, provided so you can relax and wind down the evening by a crackling fire.

Like all the bedrooms, the living room also has exterior blinds and can be completely darkened. This way, you can enjoy a pleasant atmosphere and restful sleep at any time—even on bright summer mornings.

The vacation rental is located in a quiet yet central part of Kassel—right next to Dorothea-Viehmann Park.
The Kassel-Niederzwehren highway exit is just a few minutes away.
Tram and Regiotram stops are also in the immediate vicinity. From there, you can easily reach downtown Kassel or, after just one stop, the Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe ICE station.


EV charging station:

From March through October, you can charge your electric vehicle during your stay using the wallbox on our property with surplus electricity for a flat rate of €30 per week per vehicle.
