Villa Bord de Mer with Pool
The 5-bedroom Villa Bord de Mer is a spacious holiday rental located in the heart of the Dalmatian coast near the cities of Trogir and Split. Located in a peaceful and quiet settlement of Kaštel Štafilić only 100 meters from the sea and 5 minutes from the city center.
Enjoy the 280 square meters Villa Bord de Mer with an outdoor pool and private garden equipped with a summer kitchen and a dining table for those beautiful summer night dinners with your loved ones.
The Villa Bord de Mer is arranged over three floors: ground, first, and second floor with a terrace on the top. The ground floor of the Villa Bord de Mer is a comfortable living room with a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, and a glass door that leads straight into the private pool and a garden with beach beds, and a summer kitchen.
The first floor is designed as a sleeping area with 4 sleeping rooms. Two rooms have double beds, the other two rooms are connected (family room). One room has a double bed and the other two separate single beds. All the rooms have a balcony, a bathroom, towel, sheets, and air conditioning. The top floor is designed as a comfortable room with a bathroom and a large relaxing terrace with a sea view.

Super!
Dieses Ferienhaus ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen und sicheren Gegend. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar: das Meer, Strände, Geschäfte und Restaurants. Das Haus ist neu, modern und sehr gepflegt.

Great
Excellent hosts who went above and beyond. The villa has literally everything you need and is located very close to The coastline with all the cafes and restaurants within close proximity. We have no hesitation in recommending this villa for short or long breaks.

Amazing
Stunning villa with everything you need including a lovely pool. The photos of the villa don’t do it justice it really is better than the pictures. The owners are lovely and go above and beyond to make your stay the best it could be.

Excellent
We went to Croatia in the end of August. The weather was still hot and lots of people were still there. The House was excellent, close to the cities of Trogir and Split so we made daily trips to visit everything. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Recommend!
Gorgeous place in a quiet area which is walking distance from the shops and the beach. Amazing communication with our hosts and they were available at any hour to help us out. I would recommend to anyone as we had the best stay.

Would recommend!
The house is full of lovely details, very clean and a great place to relax, to grill, and to have a lot of fun. It‘s located perfectly to get to a lot of places like Trogir, Split, or the islands nearby like Brac. We really enjoyed our time and would come back again.

Enjoyed it very much
The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is so spacious and fully equipped with all necessities and amenities. There is a supermarket which is very close to this house. It is very convenient to travel to other cities. We, a group of 7 people, stayed here for a week and we are all enjoyed staying at this house.

Villa´s locations between Split and Trogir and at close proximity to the sea were perfect for us as we wanted to have all in one holiday - beach, city living, and historical sites. Highly recommended to everybody who wants to see Split and its surroundings and enjoy quality living in a splendid villa.
