“During my stay at Mission Bay Motel, the room next to mine flooded, and water ended up leaking into my room. Because of this, I had to quickly pack up all of my belongings, move everything off the floor, and leave the room earlier than planned. I then had to spend about 30 minutes arguing with the office staff just to receive compensation for the inconvenience.
