“This is an average hotel. It's dated, but it was clean and the location was ideal for our visit. Breakfast was good and the size of the room was good for four adults. The gentleman who checked us in and who we interacted with a couple of other times was very kind and helpful. The other two guest services employees were rude. Every time we left our room, when we got back upstairs the keys didn't work. Both of them told me I must have put them against something that deactivated them, except that...
