“Wir waren für eine Übernachtung da und es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Abends waren wir im Wellness Bereich und ein sehr gepflegter, schöner Bereich. Die Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Das Bett sehr bequem. Service sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gegend sehr ruhig , in Nähe der Moselpromenade . Nach Cochem sind es zu Fuß ca. 10-15 min. ”

“Room was exceptionally spacious with sofa and balcony. Swimming pool was quiet, relaxing and water temperature and was just right. Daily cleaning was excellent. Cleaner very helpful. “Everything was great but j do think they should have their own shuttle for guests because the hill is too steep to walk and the locale bus is every hour. Also lots of bike peolle that could have used a lift. ”

“We spent five nights in this unique hotel with a fascinating history. It is set by the River Lahn in the beautiful spa town of Bad Ems. The facilities such as the thermal pool were superb and we made full use of them. The staff could not have been more helpful, the room was really clean and comfortable and the food excellent. It is unashamedly old-fashioned but is full of character and we had a superb holiday there. Highly recommended!”
