“The main road to Rüdesheim is closed but it was a minor inconvenience. Extremely nice staff, breakfast is great and we enjoyed a dinner there as well. ”

“Great location, smart, friendly hotel, good food and comfortable clean room with great view. We went in heatwave and no air con - but fan provided. We went for Rhine in flames festival and great views of 2 firework displays and boats. River boats stop just opposite hotel and great value 'ring ticket' allows open ski lift to top of hill, walk to next ski lift down into Rudenheim, and then boat return for £20.”

“Einzigartige Umgebung mitten im Kloster. Da wir ein Konzert besucht haben waren die Wege kurz (auch nach der Weinprobe) und auch der Preis für ein drei Sterne Hotel angemessen. Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ausreichend. Für Kurzurlaube super zu empfehlen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt fehlt unserer Ansicht nach die Abwechslung. ”

“Das Hotel war überhaupt nicht geöffnet. Unglaublich das man es überhaupt Buchen konnte für 140€ die Nacht. Anfahrt durch einen Wald über Schotterpisten. Dabei noch das Auto beschädigt. ”

“Ein sehr schönes Ambiente! Wir sind den Klostersteig ab Eltville gewandert und hier war unsere erste Übernachtungsstation. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war auch richtig gut. Schade ist, dass man Abends keine Möglichkeit hat noch etwas zu Essen zu bekommen. Wir haben Pizza bestellt und liefern lassen.... Ging auch.”

“Wij waren in alle opzichten erg tevreden over Gasthaus Stahl. De ontvangst was hartelijk, de inrichting van het hotel was hel bijzonder: het leek wel een interessant museum.
