Welcome to our unusual and modern Žemaičių g. 31 Apartment! This newly renovated apartment is an excellent choice for those looking for a comfortable and functional accommodation solution for their stay. Tastefully decorated and uniquely designed, this apartment is fully equipped to make you feel right at home. The apartment is a loft type. It consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa-bed and a smart TV, a kitchen with all its appliances, and a bathroom with all hygiene items.

On the second floor there is a bedroom with a wide bed. Due to the layout of the apartment, up to 4 people can comfortably stay here. The apartment is bright, and the loft-type layout gives guests privacy in a relatively small area.

You will find this apartment in a quiet part of Kaunas - Žaliakalni. For those who like a quiet, slow rest, we have excellent knowledge, you will be able to enjoy this kind of rest not only in the apartments themselves but also in its neighbourhood. You can reach many places of interest within a 15-minute walk: the Resurrection of Christ Balika, the Žaliakalnis Funicular, the Museum of Devils, the War Museum, the Stadium of Darius and Girėnas and much more!

For those who like an active lifestyle, don`t miss the opportunity to use the nearby sports fields - football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, you will find them all! When it comes to quality leisure time, visit the nearby ice arena.

We have not forgotten those who adore the bustle of the city and the nightlife. After going down Savanorių Avenue, you will immediately find yourself in the center of Kaunas, where you will find everything: Shopping centers, restaurants, eateries, night clubs, bars and much more! You will also admire the architecture and history of the city, exploring the old town of Kaunas, the town hall, or Kaunas Castle. In each of these objects, you will notice how intensely life is boiling there, concerts, excursions and exhibitions are already waiting for you.

You can reach many places of leisure, shops and eateries just on foot. If you need to reach a further area, you can always use public transport, using the public transport schedules and the ticketing apps `Trafi`, and `Žiogas` you will reach any area of Kaunas without any problems. During the warm season, the `Bolt` and `CityBee` apps offer to rent electric scooters, and bicycles, and to drive in their various rental cars all year round. And if you plan to use your transport, you will find more than one gas station in the neighbourhood of Žaliakalnis. The parking space is also taken care of, you can park your vehicle in the private, guarded yard right next to the apartment.

The apartment is on the second floor, and getting to the apartment does require climbing stairs. There is a lift inside the building.
No shoes inside the apartment.
No parties, events, or gatherings.
Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment (no extra visitors or overnight guests).
No smoking inside the apartment.
Quiet hours: 22:00–08:00.
Please wash used dishes and take out the garbage before check-out.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €15 per pet/night. Guests must clean up after their pets.
Please do not move furniture (except chairs).
The apartment is prepared according to the number of guests in the reservation. Extra bedding, linen, and towels provided for registered guests are stored in the apartment for use as needed. Additional towel sets used: €10/set. Additional bed linen used: €10/set. Damaged items requiring replacement will be charged accordingly.
Construction, roadworks, infrastructure maintenance, or other external works may occasionally take place around the property as part of ongoing city development and are outside our control, including their timing, duration, and noise levels.
All guests are required to submit their information for registration with local authorities, in accordance with Lithuanian tourism law.
Consumables: A starter supply of toilet paper, trash bags, detergent and other essentials is provided. Additional supplies are not replenished during the stay and should be purchased by guests as needed.
