“Check in automatico con mail per istruzioni richiesta ripetutamente prima e dopo l'arrivo. Assenza di personale alla reception. Abbiamo chiamato e il telefono squillava a vuoto. Perso molto tempo prima di ricevere una risposta. Condizioni fatiscenti considerata la categoria. Assenza di ascensore. Pulizia appena sufficiente. Colazione ok.”

“Check in was terrible. Took multiple international calls and texts to check in and get the door open. Door lock is operated by a phone system that would not accept a call from a US number. Owner said I would have to whatsapp them every time I needed to enter the room. I had already found them to be difficult to get on the phone from my previous check in calls. I tried to cancel the reservation but owner refused to refund me. So I left and got a proper hotel room.”

“Great location near pedestrian zone with everything close by including awesome public transportation. Modern, clean, functional. Two very minor items that could make this apartment even better: soap dispensers were full but dispense very little, the barstools have very narrow footrests and are uncomfortable without shoes. Good experience!”
