Please note: The 2 sofa beds are available as extra sleeping space for additional guests or short stays. They are not designed for long-term comfort.

The apartment is not strictly ski in/out, but the ski lifts are only a very short walk away, making access to the slopes quick and easy.

Ski rentals are located nearby, making it easy to gear up for your mountain adventures. Guests can access the ski slopes quickly and conveniently, perfect for maximizing time on the snow. For dining, the popular Pasanauri restaurant is close by, along with other great options for local and international cuisine. Whether you’re here for skiing, dining, or simply relaxing, the apartments offer an ideal base in Gudauri.

Our apartment is part of the Gudauri Roshka complex, ideally situated with everything you need within easy reach. Ski rentals are nearby, making it convenient to prepare for your mountain adventures. Guests can quickly access the ski slopes, allowing more time on the snow. For dining, the well-known Pasanauri restaurant is nearby, along with several other excellent options for local and international foods. Whether you’re here for skiing, eating out, or relaxing, these apartments serve as a perfect base in Gudauri.



Getting Around:

Getting around in Gudauri is easy. There is no public transport, so local taxis are the best option, and we can also arrange airport transfers if needed. In New Gudauri, most places such as lifts, rentals, shops, and cafés are within walking distance. If you need help with transport or arrangements, just message us through the inbox.



Other Things to Note:

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A fine will be applied if this rule is broken.

• Please take out all trash before check-out to keep the place tidy for the next guests.

• We provide a starter set of toiletries. For anything extra, shops are nearby.

• Report any damages right away. Costs may apply for repair or replacement.

• If you have any issues or need help, contact us. We value respectful communication and kind reviews.

• Utility outages (water, electricity, gas) may happen in Georgia and are outside our control. We kindly ask that this is not reflected in reviews.

• During heavy snow or severe weather, some services like linen delivery or logistics may be delayed. Thank you for your patience.
