“Overpriced for what it is. Beware there is no breakfast. Only coffee in the lobby and no half-and-half. There were no USB ports for devices in the room. We were there on a Saturday night and it seemed there were parties taking place on the floor above us. Not a pleasant night sleep. It does have a kitchen. I would recommend this property for a long-term stay. But ask for the top floor.”

“This place was great! We thoroughly enjoyed the rec room. When I come to Kearney, this is where I am staying. My college student came and hung out with us here. We ordered pizza, played games and had a great time! Breakfast was a wonderful layout as well. I highly recommend!!”

“The stuff was amazing. We had a family reunion and they accommodated us by giving us one of their comfort rooms for my family to gather. they’re complementary breakfast was excellent! Their beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pool was amazing for the kids would recommend this place for families over and over again.”

“Room was decent, hotel condition was okay - it was clear work needed to be done in certain areas. I stayed for 4 nights and my room wasn’t serviced once. I used hand soap to shower for 3 of the 4 nights cause I didn’t realize it was available at the front desk (I guess rookie move on me). Through the night there was a loud bang from the wind blowing the broken sign outside. I stayed alone, but wouldn’t feel safe having my family stay there. Staff was friendly, but very low energy. “A man, who I never even gave my name to, came up the stairs, barefooted, and only after I had to call him from the front desk…and said “here’s your key” & walked away. We did get in late, around 2:30 am. He then called our room and had my husband get out of bed, to go pay a pet fee that wasn’t mentioned to us, nor were any amenities or instruction given upon “check in” (I.e. when the barefooted man handed a room key to a stranger) The pillows smelled like an un showered person had been sleeping...
