“one of the best resort EVER. they think ahead to all your needs, they cleane the room every day you can literally eat on the floor, the service is amazing and the structure is like new even if the resort is 10 years old. the really care about maintenance and put so much effort, the holiday was a dream. we stayed for 6 nights in a villa and laundry was for example inclusive. A BLESSING! we will for sure return soon!”

Dopo un breve chiarimento si sono adoperati x risolvere il problema. Volevano farci pagare un supplemento che però non ritenevo dovuto e non ho pagato.”

“It's a magical place and they made us feel like we were in a constant honeymoon even though we were not. Everybody was extremely kind and smiley. The villas are huge and extremely luxurious, more than what we were expecting. The pool is awesome, facing the forest. The staff was always ready to help and the villa was cleaned and tidied up twice a day. There is a very convenient shuttle bus to Ubud centre.”

“We’ve felt like royals since the very beginning we got at Kupu Kupu. The place is amazing, but it’s the people working there, working for you, who are the difference. They care about you 360 degrees. I totally suggest to stay in Kupu Kupu Barong. It’s peaceful and romantic. The room we got was massive and cleaned. The bath tub and shower could be cleaner, but it’s fine. I remind you, you’re in the middle of the forest. There are animals. You usually don’t see them (except for 2 nice birds...
