“We have been coming to this Marriott property annually to visit our grandchildren and when we arrived, they said the pool was closed for deep cleaning when in fact it was a broken pump and every day we were told was being fixed and never was until our last night there. They had a note on the pool saying due to anyone inconvenience please ask at the front desk for special accommodations.

“Our water was very cold! We called the front desk, but they just told us to keep the water running for minutes on end, ensuring us it would heat up by then. Although hesitant to waste water, we did just that, but it still wouldn't get warm!!! In essence, our showers were freezing. The help was nonexistent, and we were dissatisfied with the experience, seeing as to how much we paid. It's certainly something they need to look into in the future.”

“My family loved Tanque Verde ranch! There were so many activities and my younger girls (aged 10) loved the kids program. My 12 year old son found it to be a little too “kiddie” for his taste, felt like it was geared towards young elementary aged kids.
