“Lovely home, surrounded by trees and with beautiful view of the mountains. Close to fantastic hiking and solid options for eating out, and a quick drive to Lake Placid if you want a bit more variety or to do some shopping. This was the cleanest rental house I’ve ever encountered, and I’ve rented a lot over the years. The house was well-stocked and had everything we needed. The owners were thorough and responsive. Would love to return in the future!”

“This was a beautiful cozy place. So Lovely decorated. With little kitchenette amenities enough to fix simple breakfast/ lunch. A table to sit at. Nice clean modern bathroom. Nice entrance. Private. Close to hikes (25-30 minutes from LOJ trail head parking. It allowed me to bring my dog. It was perfect for what we needed. Host was very responsive to any questions. I’d stay again without hesitation. ”
