Godetevi questo bungalow fronte lago recentemente rinnovato situato a Port Douglas NY e vicino all'isola di Schuyler.

I locali della zona del lago Champlain, la nostra famiglia ha goduto il lago per oltre 25 anni! Alla fine abbiamo deciso di trasformare in realtà il nostro sogno di una casa sul lago e siamo entusiasti di poterlo condividere con amici e viaggiatori vicini e lontani! Non vediamo l'ora di darti il benvenuto a casa nostra e siamo felici di condividere tutte le avventure divertenti che gli Adirondack hanno da offrire! Non esitate a contattarci in qualsiasi momento durante il vostro soggiorno per idee divertenti ... c'è così tanto da fare a breve distanza!

Questa casa include funzionalità moderne come elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito, presa USB in cucina, macchina per il caffè (DEVE AVERE ... lo sappiamo), WiFi in tutta la casa, un Google Chromecast in grado di trasmettere Netflix, HBO, Sling, Hulu & molto di piu! Docce di qualità alberghiera, un mobile bar con frigorifero conveniente, (2) TV a schermo piatto, comodi divani per trascorrere piacevoli serate, un ricevitore stereo dotato di IPhone / Pad Dock che consente di riprodurre la tua varietà preferita di musica.

Goditi tutto ciò che il lago Champlain ha da offrire soggiornando in questa struttura !! Questa proprietà è dotata di (2) kayak, (2) Stand up paddle board, un dock e una vasca idromassaggio (COMING SOON)

Divertiti a remare fino alla vicina isola di Schuyler di 123 acri ed esplora la bellezza di questa isola vacante. Facciamo un rapido salto attraverso lo stagno fino a Burlington, VT o 15 minuti in auto dall'autostrada a Plattsburgh, New York! Siamo inoltre situati vicino al meraviglioso lago Saranac e alla famosa città olimpica di Lake Placid, proprio accanto alla Whiteface Mountain. Attività tutto l'anno come canottaggio, escursionismo, sci e snowboard mantengono gli Adirondacks in una posizione ideale per le famiglie in ogni stagione ... anche se ti consigliamo di raggrupparti da ottobre a marzo!

Spent the bulk of our time outside, enjoying the beautiful view and listening to the lake lap the shore. Property had just about everything one could need to make meals, relax and have a fun vacation. We’re hoping to stay again next summer.

Great Location

The house was great for 3 couples and you couldn't beat the location on the lake. If you go during the warm months, take fans for the 2 upstairs bedrooms. AC does not reach those rooms.

Peaceful and Relaxing

The views from the property are amazing and the area was very quiet making it easy to relax. I would not recommend the home for elderly or disabled people who do not walk well, there are alot of stairs difficult to navigate (I broke my leg 3 days prior to leaving and it was difficult). The house was clean and stocked with basic necessities. The beds were extremely comfortable, I travel alot between work and pleasure and typically don't sleep well, I slept like a baby! I took my two teenagers (14&15) with me and they had an amazing time kayaking and paddle boating on the water, after a week they weren't ready to leave. The owners even had a little fire set up down by the water for us to enjoy. They responded quickly to any requests or concerns that arrived. Overall it was a nice vacation! was rwasis very responsive

Lake get away

Cute lakeshore getaway

We visited in early April to see the solar eclipse. The house was cozy, cute and comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped, the views of the lake are lovely, and the eclipse was spectacular. The property is clearly optimal for summer use, and in early spring we couldn't take advantage of all of its amenities and advantages. Would love to come back sometime in warmer weather. A couple of things to be aware of: It's a long and steep set of stairs from the parking area to the house -- definitely not for anyone with mobility issues or difficulty carrying things. The road is very quiet, but there's an active train line just on the other side, so there were occasional loud train whistles at all hours.

Lakefront Views

Beautiful views from secluded lakefront property, the house took full advantage with huge window sliding doors which was great for getting fresh air. There were a couple of stairs going down from the parking area to house and from house to beach, probably not ADA accessible so keep that in mind when booking. Families and weak swimmers should bring their own life vests as none were provided for the boats. Definitely bring groceries, closest shopping center is a 30 min drive away. Not sure if off season but the port kent ferry was not operating to burlington. Wine enthusiasts should visit vineyard nearby, it has beautiful views too.

Loved the property but access was not handicap friendly. All of us are in our 70’s and 2 of us had a hard time with the multitude of stairs. It would have been nice to know how many stairs there were before renting. Also water craft were not manageable.

Lake house 2023

Lake House in the Springtime

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The view of the lake from the deck was so nice to see every morning, afternoon, and evening. There were plenty of outdoor chairs for us and our family.

A terrific stay on the water

We enjoyed this cottage on the lake and greatly appreciated direct access to the water. We also greatly enjoyed the local area, including Ausable brewery. We plan to go back again!

Paradise on Lake Champlain

This house is on the most idillic spot on the lake. It is on a quiet, dead end street with a spectacular view and crystal clear water. The house is well laid out. The owner was was quick to respond to questions and request.

What a relaxing week we had on the lake. The location was perfect for us. The house was comfortable. It was one of those hot, humid weeks, so we were very happy that the house had air conditioning! Overall, a great stay!

Great extended Family Lake Vacation

Peaceful and beautiful lakeside home

The views from this home are absolutely incredible!! And the private rocky beach was so nice. We loved taking the kayaks out on the lake. The home was very clean, bright, and airy. We enjoying sipping our morning coffee in the rocking chairs on the deck. The hosts made our stay easy and we felt at home right away. We hope to be back someday! Thanks again!
