“Super clean, staff very nice, cabins had kitchens and fireplace that were very nice, but the coffee maker did not work. Nice you could spend just one night but really once there you are going to want to spend at least two. No amenities like pool or gym but they did have the worlds smallest sheep. :) It would be nice if they had a couple of cabins with a jacuzzi tub for after a long drive. It was hard to get to but i think our GPS messed up and took us onto lots of gravel roads to get there so...

“The breakfast buffet was very good with great variety. I also liked pots of hot coffee in the lobby available all day. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. Perhaps it was because my room could be an adjoining room, but we could hear everything next door. Our neighbor called to complain about our tv volume, so I guess they could hear everything also.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. It was a quiet night's sleep as I believe I was the only one there. Breakfast was very plain and simple: English muffins and cinnamon toast, with no fruit or juice. Coffee was plentiful”

“For the price this was a nice place to stay passing through Brattleboro. Everything was fine until an employee, without knocking, just unlocked our door and walked in at 10:40am and said “Check out”. Someone could have been dressing. We felt very rushed even though checkout was 11am. It took a lot of restraint to not verbally lay into the guy. Just make sure your extra locks are secured.”

“I don’t know where to begin. The place smelled like cigarette smoke. When I tried to check in I had to ring a bell and was to come back as the front desk staff seemed to all go out to lunch. After finally checking in, the tv didn’t work, the iron is broken and spilled water everywhere when I tried to iron my clothes. The bathroom showers had mold everywhere and I was genuinely afraid to step on the carpet, barefooted or touch anything in the room. I had to put my own bedsheets and pillowcases on...

“The customer service alone here makes me want to stay here time and time again! Every single staff member I dealt with at the front desk and on the phone was so kind and extremely pleasant to deal with. As a solo traveler, this also gave me a feeling of safety which I truly appreciate. The rooms may be slightly outdated, but was clean and comfortable for a one night stay. The mattress was a bit softer than I prefer, but the A/C ran great and I slept like a baby all night with zero disturbance....
