“Ho trovato l'Hotel Berg molto pulito ed ordinato. Al nostro arrivo il check in è stato facile e velce, la camera era ben calda e pulita e dotata dei comfort essenziali. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione perchè per il prezzo ci aspettavamo un buffet, e non lo abbiamo visto. Abbiamo pero' usufruito del ristorante per cena: buono ma di fascia medio-alta (costoso). Carina la vasca all'aperto, l'acqua è molto calda. Nel complesso, soddisfatti: lo consiglio e tornerei. ”

“If you choose to stay here, definitely make sure you arrange how to get into the property before you arrive. There isn't someone on site to welcome guests, and I arrived with no communication from the hotel staff regarding how to get into the building. I tried to reach out to the property managers via the hotels.com app, and they did not respond. There were three other guests waiting outside in the same situation. Eventually one of the other guests was able to get someone on the phone to help...

“Accommodations were excellent with a perfect location! The apartment was clean, well stocked (salt, coffee, laundry detergent, etc.), high end finishes, very comfortable bed and pull out couch, and quality toiletries. We did not get an e-mail ahead of time for check-in but our host was there upon arrival and was very communicative through messaging. Thank you for a perfect stay!”

“The room was beautifully appointed and very clean. We opted for the Sapphire suite with access to the hot tub. (side note- this is advertised as being private, but it is on a shared balcony with no dividers). We also chose to include breakfast and that was wonderful. There were many hot and cold food options and a good variety of beverages as well. Great offering especially when traveling with kids. You should absolutely visit the spa if you get a chance. It was the best way to end our trip....
