Nice staff, well equipped hotel and restaurant
"Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex ..."

"Det var stressigt vid frukosten. Personalen hann inte fylla på det som saknades. Många gäster kom samtidigt och då funkade inte logistiken. Vid hotellet fanns endast ett mycket begränsat antal parkeringsplatser. Man hänvisade i stället till en plats en bit från hotellet med uppförsbacke och branta ..."
